Unit holders of the ABL Islamic Asset Allocation Fund (ABL IAAF) are hereby informed about the change in the Offering Document of ABL IAAF effective from December 07, 2021. 3rd Supplemental Offering Documents of ABL IAAF can be viewed at www.ablamc.com.
The aforementioned amendment has been made with the consent of Trustee, followed by an approval from Securities and Exchange Commission of Pakistan (SECP).
The notice is being given to all unit holders in compliance with regulation 44 (7) of the Non-Banking Finance Companies and Notified Entities Regulations, 2008.
