We invite applications for the position of Assistant Manager Investor Services at our Karachi Office.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle Inbound customer calls in a professional and courteous manner;
  • Provide accurate and timely information regarding products, services, and policies;
  • Assist customers in resolution of inquiries, complaints, and/or requests;
  • Efficiently managing customer inquiries, ensuring collaboration with sales and relevant departments, and maintaining precise records of interactions for an enhanced customer experience;
  • Respond promptly and effectively to customer inquiries received through different channels including WhatsApp chat, email (Contact us), website (Query and complaints);
  • Provide support to the sales team by assisting with customer inquiries related to sales, product availability, account statement etc.;
  • Conduct CBC (Call Back Confirmation) verifications when required for customer transactions and follow established procedures and guidelines to validate customer information;
  • Conduct welcome calls to new investors and providing a brief of our value-added services. Also conduct new account verification as per guidelines.
  • Perform calls to investors to inform them of their expired CNIC;
  • Perform calls on leads sourced from various platforms, offering initial information, and directing them to the relevant sales team;
  • Perform survey and feedback calls on a regular basis;
  • Calls to verify correct addresses for returned couriers from investors and updating records for re-dispatch;
  • To act as a backup and support to the manager/senior manager;
  • Perform any other task assigned by the line management.

Eligibility:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, commerce or in related discipline or preferably Master’s
  • At least 03 years of experience in related field, preferably in Financial Sector or Mutual Funds.

Required Skills:

  • Strong research, analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Strong command on Microsoft Excel & Database management skills etc.
  • Effective client management skills
  • Sound knowledge of ABL AMC & industry’s product offerings
  • Excellent communication skills in Urdu/English with clear tone of voice

Eligibility:

  • At least Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, or a relevant field.
  • Candidates pursuing CFA shall be given preference.
  • Preferably 01 year of relevant experience.

Required Skills:

  • Good analytical and quantitative abilities.
  • Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and financial research tools.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Good communication and teamwork skills.

Eligibility:

  • At least Bachelors / BBA in Relevant Field
  • Preferably 01 to 03 years of relevant experience, in Financial Sector or Mutual Funds and fresh candidates are also encouraged to apply.
