Unit Holders of ABL Income Fund (ABL-IF), managed by ABL Funds Company Limited (ABL FundsL) are hereby informed that the register of unit holders of ABL-IF shall remain closed on Monday, September 28, 2009 for determining the entitlement to distribution, if any, as may be approved by the CEO on behalf of the Board of Directors of ABL FundsL on Tuesday, September 29, 2009, for the quarter ending September 30, 2009. Application for investment / redemption / transfer / conversion / trading / pledge of units or any change in address or particulars received by the Registrar – ABL FundsL at First Floor, 11-B, Lalazar, M. T. Khan Road, Karachi or at any of our Distributors’ offices at the close of business day on Friday, September 25, 2009 will be treated in time for the purpose of entitlement to the unit holders for any distribution.
There will be no transaction in the units of ABL-IF on Monday, September 28, 2009. The transactions in units of ABL-IF will resume on Tuesday, September 29, 2009.
