ABL Funds launches WhatsApp Self Service Solution

KARACHI: ABL Funds has taken yet another initiative by launching WhatsApp Self Service Investing Solution. This exclusive service will be available to both ABL Funds’ existing and prospective investors. The service is powered by Infobip, a leading global full-stack cloud communications platform provider.


ABL Funds WhatsApp solution enables one-to-one seamless conversations with customers, and responds real time to the queries in a secure way. With the deployment of the WhatsApp Investing Solution, ABL Funds has further solidified its customer-centric approach and aims to further improve understanding of customer needs to serve them better by offering innovative solutions.


Customers can access the WhatsApp Channel by sending a WhatsApp message to ABL Funds’ UAN number +92 021-111-225-262 (in case of investors, a message from the registered mobile numbers is mandatory). After successful authentication, they can request for account balance, account statement, learn and login to digital transaction Platforms, product and services information, Latest Fund Prices and Fund Manager Report. Additionally, the users can also chat with live agents via this messaging application.
