September 21, 2021 Unit holders of the ABL Islamic Income Fund (ABL IIF) are hereby informed about the change in the Offering Document of ABL IIF effective from September 28, 2021. 11th Supplemental Offering Documents of ABL IIF can be viewed at www.ablamc.com. The aforementioned amendment has been made with the consent of Trustee, followed by an intimation to the Securities and Exchange Commission of Pakistan (SECP). The notice is being given to all unit holders in compliance with regulation 44 (6) of the Non-Banking Finance Companies and Notified Entities Regulations, 2008.
